If you don’t already know who Marc Leder is, he is the co-founder of the highly successful private equity investment firm Sun Capital Partners. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Leder was a smart kid and once he completed his degree in economics at the University of Philadelphia, he began working for Lehman Brothers. Leder would go on to become one of the youngest Senior Vice Presidents in the firm before leaving in 1995 to start his own venture. I have always looked up to Marc Leder for his acumen, his business nous and his desire to be successful in everything that he does be it business or philanthropy. I was fortunate enough to spend time with Marc and he shared with me some of his favorite leadership and business quotes which keep him inspired.
